Document Notarization

Document notarization helps verify the identity of the signer and ensures that documents are signed willingly and properly. As a commissioned Texas Notary Public, I provide professional notarization services for a wide variety of personal, legal, and business documents.

During the notarization process, I confirm the identity of the signer, ensure they understand what they are signing, and complete the required notarial certificate according to Texas law.

Common documents that require notarization include:

  • Power of Attorney

  • Affidavits and sworn statements

  • Real estate documents

  • Contracts and agreements

  • Medical authorization forms

  • Financial documents

My goal is to provide a smooth and professional experience while ensuring every notarization is completed accurately and in compliance with Texas notary requirements.

Loan Signings

Loan signings involve the notarization and execution of mortgage and real estate documents as part of a lending transaction. As a National Notary Association Certified Signing Agent, I assist lenders, title companies, and signing services by facilitating the signing of loan packages with borrowers.

While I do not provide legal or financial advice, I guide borrowers through the signing process by identifying where signatures, initials, and notarizations are required.

Common loan signing appointments include:

  • Mortgage refinance signings

  • Home purchase signings

  • Seller packages

  • HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit) documents

  • Loan modification packages

My focus is on providing an organized, efficient signing experience while ensuring documents are properly executed and returned promptly.

Witnessing Services

Some legal and financial documents require an independent witness in addition to notarization. As a professional notary, I can serve as an impartial witness when permitted by law and when I am not performing the notarization for the same document if prohibited.

Witnessing services help verify that the signer personally appeared and signed the document voluntarily.

Documents that may require witnesses include:

  • Estate planning documents

  • Wills and trusts

  • Legal agreements

  • Financial documents

  • Certain real estate documents

My role as a witness is to observe the signing and verify that the document was signed willingly and in accordance with the required procedures.

Mobile Notary

Mobile notary services bring the notarization process directly to you. Instead of traveling to a notary office, I travel to your location—whether it is your home, workplace, hospital, care facility, or another convenient meeting place.

Mobile notary services are ideal for individuals with busy schedules, limited mobility, or time-sensitive documents.

Benefits of mobile notary service include:

  • Convenient on-site notarization

  • Flexible scheduling

  • Assistance with a variety of document types

  • Service at homes, offices, hospitals, and other locations

I proudly provide mobile notary services throughout Central Texas, including Round Rock, Austin, Georgetown, and surrounding communities, helping clients complete their important documents quickly and professionally.
